Kelly Roastery began on July 16, 2022, under a small tent in front of a house in Nonthaburi, Thailand. Back then, we were known as Catcow Specialty Coffee—a humble coffee stand built on curiosity, craftsmanship, and a genuine love for specialty coffee.
As we grew, we refined our roasting, challenged ourselves through competitions, and continued learning from every cup we brewed. On January 8, 2025, after officially establishing our company,
we became Kelly Roastery.
Today, Kelly Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery based in Nonthaburi, Thailand. We source exceptional single-origin coffees, roast with precision, host hands-on workshops, and support cafés, businesses, and coffee lovers who share our commitment to quality.
We believe great coffee is the result of thoughtful decisions at every stage—from sourcing green coffee and developing roast profiles to understanding water, brewing, and extraction. Every detail matters, because every cup tells a story.
